SINGI MARKETING keeps confidential and secure sensitive information provided at a time of registration including KYC, Bank Details etc. Registration for job does not mean any job guarantee to applicants as it requires to qualify defined eligibility criteria like skills, education and experience etc.
- Account Security: User is completely responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all account activities. We never asks passwords or other confidential information from anyone. User have to provide his/her consent for accepting Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by sharing OTP at a time of registration.
- Prohibited Conduct: User accounts can get banned permanently if company finds illegal activities, hacking, scraping, and sharing accounts with third parties.
- Termination: Company holds the right to suspend or delete accounts at will without notice in case of detecting Prohibited activity from User account.
- User-Generated Content: Company Considers Content of Campaign provided by business members as Authentic information of their business and gives right to pass them according to campaign created by business member.
- Clear Language: Content of website is in English(UK) at a whole. There is no space for complex legal jargon about user understanding.
- Documents: Every user have to submit officially valid documents such as Aadhar Card, PAN, Passport, Driving license, Voter ID Card, GST Certificate, UDYAM Registration or any other Identity Proof and Address Proof should be True and valid. Company can take legal action in case of finding fake documents any of above. User will have to update basic account details if there is any change or update.
- Account Maintenance: Every Account will be deactivated if account is inoperative for 360 days. Account Reactivation charge is zero at present but SINGI MARKETING can collect Account Reactivation charges after notification.
- Registration Charges: SINGI MARKETING is not collecting Registration charges at present but : SINGI MARKETING can collect Registration charges after notification.
- Update Notices: SINGI MARKETING provides updates about changes in terms and condition, working conditions, privacy policy to concerned users including website users, members and staff members from time to time.

- “Tele Calling Service” refers to Interaction between Tele Caller and Other Individual which focuses on explaining content of campaign created by business member to business persons considering selected category/categories, city/cities, language, responding to questions arising out of the talk and complete entire communication process through telephonic mode by human.
Duration of every call is counted from the point of time when our system starts dialling and to ending the call. This includes connection of numbers of Tele callers, Business Members and Singi Marketing’s registered number via mobile networks. Business Members will have to pay on the basis of Call Duration.
Duration of Call Recording is counted from acceptance of our call by any Business person to ending of call by Business Person. Work of Employees is considered on the basis of Period of every Call Recording.
- Voice Telecast
- “Voice Telecast Service” refers to transmit audio file to targeted audience considering selected category/categories, city/cities, language through recorded audio file. File may contain human voice of Other than Human Voice, i.e. Voice of Artificial Characters.
- Digital Banner
Digital Banner service refers to promotion of Entity/Entities and/or Product /Products through Digital Poster in multiple dimensions for defined period as per selected package. Digital Poster refers to image file in .jpg format only. “Viewers” refers to website visitors. There is no bar or limitations to any user to visit our website. The Term “Viewers” is a Number of website visitors considering them as they have viewed Banner/Display provided by Business Members.
- Dedicated Marketing
This service is designed to convert multiple leads in to customers within short time along with maintaining privacy policy of “Buyer” and “Seller”. “Track” menu refers to view history of call received on entered mobile number from Singi Marketing for any campaign. Call History Period is 360 back from the current date. Current date means the date on which user tracks call history from Singi Marketing’s website. This menu is established for audience who receives calls from Singi Marketing Pvt Ltd.
“Campaign” refers to Description of Products, list of targeted cities, list of categories of audience, language for communication, type of database and source of database. Locations shown in Campaign Tracking Map are based on assumption. This assumption is made on various information collected about locations of every cities of India from open sources. “Number of Audience” is total of audience after applying selected filters as per database of Singi Marketing. It does not show exact number of calls of campaign or successful lead. Estimated “Call duration” is 3 minutes per call on average. It can vary on every call subject to length content of campaign, response of call receiver and technical problems.
“Coupon” is our optional facility used to benefit our business members. In other words coupon means a discounting digital instrument which becomes applicable on defined service with defined criteria and defined rate or amount of instant monetary benefit. When business members use any coupon then defined amount will be credited in “Ledger” of Business Member only. It cannot be transferred to any bank account. We can enable and disable this facility as and when required without any consent and notification.
There are 2 types of database primarily on the basis of source. 1) Admin Database 2) Self-Database. Admin Database contains data collected by employees from domestic market of India. Self-Database refers to data provided by business members.
Helpline is designed into four department which presents our helpline services in each department named as : 1) Ledger 2) Campaign 3) Help 4) Complaint. Helpline would work as per prescribed working days and timings which can vary in future depending upon call traffic.
Figures mentioned in our website are fully based on assumptions and probability of result in terms of lead, revenue and profit. Any Figure does not indicate any guarantee or commitment of defined result in any part of our services. Information of our services are summary or basic overview, it does not contain every information about any service. We have obtained valid license to use current theme available in our website including characters.
Singi Marketing receives revenue from members, Fees, Commission, Penalty amount, Tax Refund, Security Deposits, sale of own assets and revenue from any other sources in electronic form only. There is no space of cash receipts in our working structure.
Our Employees generates their income in form of salary or commission and/or bonus, and/or allowances depending upon their role and work. Singi Marketing makes every payment including salary, commission, bonus, allowances, bill payment, rent, taxes, asset acquisition, donations, refund in electronic form only. Cost of every Service mentioned in our website is inclusive of GST @ 18% which contains SGST @9%, CGST@9% and IGST @0%. Salaried employees will get after deduction of Provident Fund @ 12% on gross salary, Income Tax and Professional Tax if applicable as per rules of Income Tax of India. Employees who are get paid in form of commission will receive final amount after deduction of TDS @5% of gross income.
- Working Days and Holidays
“Working Days” refers to a set of days which are identified to work in all areas of working structure of Singi Marketing. We have made available our calendar for all Employees as well as Business Members state wise. Holidays are identified on the basis of common Public Holidays, festivals and other important memorable days in all states. Singi Marketing holds right to increase or decrease Holidays in any state/s as and when required.
Singi Marketing have primarily focused on 20 main languages as follows:
Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Santali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu. Our employees may have ability to communicate in other regional languages which can be used if targeted person is not able to communicate in selected language. If Business Member belongs to Gujarat and creates campaign for Orissa and selected language is “Local Language” then employee communicate in local language only. There is no any tool or facility available like Language converter to verify call recording file for Business Member. In this Situation any complaint or query regarding understanding of language by Business Member will not be acceptable. If Singi Marketing have not Tele Caller to communicate in selected language, Business Member will have to change language for calling as per available Tele Callers. Singi Marketing have right to increase or decrease in number of above mentioned languages as and when required.
Singi Marketing have made classification of Businesses and Manufacturing Industries on the basis of Multiple Markets of Indian States. There is possibility that some categories may not available in list of category at a time of registration or creating campaign. While making registration if Business Member face this issue then he/she will have to contact on Singi Marketing’s Helpline Number and wait for upto 5 working days to get registered. While creating campaign if Business Member face this issue then he/she will have to contact on Singi Marketing’s Helpline Number and wait for upto 30 working days to create campaign with subject to availability of data in selected criteria.
The Term “City” refers to Entire District including its Headquarter, Tehsils and other Economic Areas in context of Database and Meeting. While in rest parts of entire working structure of Singi Marketing “City” is considered as a Town/City.
The Term “Accuracy” refers to probability of conversion rate of successful lead with comparing to total leads. It can vary according to behaviour of Targeted Audience, Content of Campaign, Language of Call, Targeted Category, Reputation of Business/Industry, Demand etc.
The Term “Lead” refers to a person who is interested to know about Products/Services explained in Campaign by Tele Caller. In other words “Lead” means a person who may become client/customer of Business Member with subject to get agreed upon some necessities like Price, Warranty/Guarantee, Special Conditions of Products, Payment Conditions, other Charges etc.
Singi Marketing Notifies Business Members and Employees for/before making necessary changes which affects their working Directly/Indirectly. These changes may include Price of Services, Penalty, Complaint, Implementation of specific Fees, working time, working conditions, Terms of use of website, Privacy Policy and Other Terms & Conditions mentioned in our website.
- Employee’s Responsibility
Every eligible employees will have to file Income Tax Return by their own. Employees who earns in form of commission will have to file audit of their account as per rules of Income Tax of India. Singi Marketing Pvt Ltd is not responsible in case of failure of any employee for submission of ITR or Audit Report. Pay out of commission based employees will be suspended until submission of audit report to Singi Marketing Pvt Ltd who have crossed limit of Rs 12 lakh as commission income in current financial year.

Indemnification

- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal matters will be handled in the jurisdiction of Rajkot Gujarat.
- Payment Terms: Every Businessmen will have to make advance payment to avail any service of Singi Marketing Pvt Ltd. Businessmen will have to enter correct transaction details in Add Ledger Page. Payment will not get verified if transaction details are filled incorrect. Transaction Fee is Rs 11.80 per Transaction including GST. Every Payment will be verified within Fourty Five Minutes from Transaction Time. If any Payment takes more time than Fourty Five Minutes to get verified due to technical or operational issues, User has to make complaint in platform through their login. Such complaint will be solved within 48 hours from complaint.
- Payment Method: We do not accept or pay any revenue in cash format. We transact fully in digital form (Account to Account). We do not accept/ask/permit/allow/demand to any businesses/entities other receipts for any purpose like, Capital Investment, Donations, Bribe, Transactions relating to Terrorism and any type of money laundering transactions.
- Billing Cycle: Business members can view and download GST Invoice of marketing cost which is deducted on daily basis. E.g. if campaign run on 01/01/2001 then invoice will be generated on next day of debited amount. Business members can claim GST refund as per Invoice.
- Penalty: Business members becomes liable to bear penalty in case of unlawful behaviour with company or any staff members of SINGI MARKETING, Dummy Presentation of business, False allegations against SINGI MARKETING or staff members of SINGI MARKETING about identity or working of company or its staff members. Penalty amount can vary on case to case basis.
- Call Recording: Singi Marketing keeps record of every call made through platform in audio format up to thirty days as a part of transparency and to improve our service quality.
- Refund and Cancellation:
Available Ledger Balance and an amount credited by Business Member in their ledger or Singi Marketing’s Bank account is Fully Non Refundable with following exceptions.
Ledger Refund: Business Members will have to make complaint to get refund for wrong call or any other dispute regarding any call. Business Members are eligible to get refund in ledger for debited amount which is wrongly deducted in case of call to person relating to different category than campaign. Ledger Refund amount will be credited within Thirty(30) Working days from Refund Application date or Complaint date.
Account Refund: If any amount deducted due to operational or human mistake, such amount may be refundable after proper due diligence by SINGI MARKETING. If any amount credited in our bank account wrongly then such amount can be refundable on the basis of advice of concerned bank or due diligence by SINGI MARKETING. Account Refund amount will be credited within Thirty Working days from Refund Application date or Complaint date.
Refund Exceptions: After completion of any campaign balance amount of ledger can be used in other services but this amount is not refundable to account of Business Members. Business Members can use these funds to create campaign for their other businesses. If any Business Member wants to create campaign for any other Business Member, authorised person will have to request us through their registered mail ID to us.
- Service Execution: Estimated time for initiating execution of campaign is 90 days from the date of verification of that campaign subject to availability of Tele Callers, Uninterrupted system, excluding Human Interference and natural calamity.

- Complainant receives status complaint through text message when complaint is resolved and needful action taken by Singi Marketing.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement
1.1 In order to use the Company’s Website Service, you must register as a member on the Website/community sites/mobile applications (“Site”). The Company’s Website is an intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and become a “Member.” For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Member” means an Business Entity who voluntarily submits information to the Site.
1.2 By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you wish to become a Member and promote/advertise your profile to other Members and make use of the Company’s Website service (“Service”), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the registration process.
1.3 By using the Service, you consent to submit your personally identifiable information, including sensitive personal data such as your financial data (if opted for our paid membership), Identity proofs (if submitted), etc., to collect, process, display and use the said information to provide the Service and contact you by other Members. If you have any objections to collecting/processing your personal data, we advise you not to register with our Site.
1.4 If you want to withdraw this consent or if you have any objection to continuous collection or storage of your personal details, you must discontinue using our Service and delete your account by sending an email from your registered email ID to info@singimarketing.com , as we will not be able to provide you any Service without having your personally identifiable information.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To register as a Business Member on the Company’s Website or use this Site, you must be either an Business Entity or Proprietor of your Business.
2.2 By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; submit relevant information to us; and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court or tribunal from entering into any business relationships.
3. Account Security
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized access/use of your account or any other breach of security and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.
4. Term and Termination
4.1 This Agreement will be effective, valid and subsisting as long as you use our Site.
4.2 You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by deleting your profile from the Site or writing to Company’s Website. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.
4.3 Company’s Website may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason, including but not limited to breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purposes, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, by sending notice to you at the email address provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to Company’s Website. If Company’s Website terminates your account for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any subscription fees, if any, paid by you.
5. Commercial Use by Members
5.1 The Site is for the commercial use of Business Personals and Entities for the purpose of finding new clients by using our services. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
5.2 The Site is not responsible or liable for but not limited to anything mentioned in above.
6. Other Terms of Use for Members
6.1 Company’s Website reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity and status of each account and block access to the member based on such review.
6.2 Company’s Website reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict/suspend your access to its website based on the review of the member’s activity, status, or any such criteria Company’s Website may deem fit and proper, with due intimation to you.
6.3 You hereby confirm that as of the date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receiving emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and calls from Company’s Website and members of Company’s Website as long as you are a registered member of Company’s Website, including SMS permission for authenticating mobile verification and transactions via OTP, sent by Singi Marketing.
6.4 Multiple profiles of the same Individual or Entity are not allowed on our Site. Company’s Website reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
6.5 You confirm that the Content information, including the information mentioned in the Privacy Policy provided by you is correct and accurate.
6.6 You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Company’s Website Members. Although Company’s Website cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Company’s Website Site, it is also a violation of the Agreements to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.
6.7 Company’s Website reserves the right to take appropriate steps to protect Company’s Website and/or its Members from any abuse/misuse as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
6.8 You cannot use any automated processes by any programs/scripts to view content on or communicate/contact/respond/interact with Company’s Website and/or its members.
6.11 Company’s Website reserves the right to screen communications/advertisements that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications/advertisements at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.
6.12 Company’s Website Members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety. A suggestive guideline of such precautions is enlisted under security tips “Be Safe Online”. By becoming a Member, you hereby agree to read, abide, and adhere to the said Tips.
7. Proprietary Rights in the Content on Company’s Website
7.1 Company’s Website owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Company’s Website Site and the Company’s Website Service. The Site contains trademarks, and other proprietary information of Company’s Website, and/or its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain such as member profile or for which permission has been obtained from the user, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement, and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by Company’s Website without refund of any of your unused subscription fees. The Company’s Website reserves the right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations.
8. Content Posted through Campaign
8.1 You understand and agree that Company’s Website may delete any listing, content, communication, photos, or profiles (collectively, “Content”) that in the sole judgment of Company’s Website violate this Agreement or might be offensive, illegal, or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either Company’s Website and/or its Members. You confirm that the Content information, including the information mentioned in the Privacy Policy, provided by you is correct and accurate.
8.2 With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site, including but not limited to your contact details, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to Company’s Website the consent and license to use, store, distribute, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Site and to the members of Company’s Website community site(s) from time to time.
8.3 You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately made available to Company’s Website are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and shall be at the sole risk and consequences.
9. Disclaimer: No Liability for Dealings between Business Members and their Leads (Generated through Campaign)
9.1 Company’s Website does not endorse, guarantee, or take any responsibility for the dealings between Business Members and their Leads.
9.2 The Site merely facilitates the connection between Business Members and their Leads. It is the responsibility of the Business Members and their Leads to engage in negotiations and enter into agreements as they deem fit.
9.3 The Company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising between the Business Members and their Leads as a result of their interactions, agreements, or dealings.
9.4 Business Members shall not claim that they did not find an Clients or were unable to engage in a business relationship with one through the Site. The Site merely acts as a facilitator for making initial contact.
10. Indemnity
10.1 Indemnity by the Member
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company’s Website, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) that arise directly or indirectly from:

(d) Your violation of any law, regulation, or the rights of any third party, including but not limited to privacy rights, copyright, trademark, and defamation laws.
(e) Any claim, demand, or legal action arising out of your dealings with other Members of the Site, whether Business Members or their Leads.
(f) Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized use of the Site or Services by you.
10.2 Obligation to Cooperate
In the event of any such claim or legal action, the Company’s Website will promptly notify you of the claim, and you shall cooperate fully, at your own expense, in defending the claim. The Company’s Website reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification, and you shall not settle any claim without the prior written consent of the Company’s Website.
11. No Endorsement of Business Members and their Leads
11.1 Independent Status of Members
The Company’s Website does not endorse, verify, or recommend any Business Member or their Lead registered on the Site. The website merely acts as an intermediary platform, connecting parties who may have mutual business interests. The Company’s Website does not take any responsibility for the actions or claims made by any member, including Business Members or their Leads.
11.2 No Responsibility for Dealings
Any agreements, transactions, or relationships established between Business Members and their Leads are entirely independent of the Company’s Website. The Company’s Website is not a party to any such agreements, and you acknowledge that any risks arising from such dealings are solely yours and not the responsibility of the Company’s Website.
11.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes
The Company’s Website does not guarantee or warrant the success, profitability, or legality of any business dealings or interactions between Business Members and their Leads. All parties are encouraged to conduct appropriate due diligence before entering into any contractual or business relationship.
12. Force Majeure
12.1 Uncontrollable Events
Company’s Website shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
(a) Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, fires)
(b) War, terrorism, civil disturbance, or acts of governmental authority
(c) Pandemics, epidemics, or health crises (including any government-imposed restrictions or regulations arising therefrom)
(d) Strikes, labour disputes, or interruptions in services
(e) Technological failures, including network outages, server failures, or cyber-attacks.
12.2 Extension of Time for Performance
In the event of a Force Majeure event, the Company’s Website shall be granted an extension of time to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, and no party shall have the right to claim damages for delays or failure to perform caused by such events.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Any failure by Company’s Website to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it at any later time.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. In the event of a dispute, the parties may mutually agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
Singi Marketing Commercial Terms ("Commercial Terms")
These Commercial Terms apply to access or use of the Singi Marketing Services (or "Services"), for a business or commercial purpose. Business or commercial purposes include using Tele-Calling, Digital Banner, Voice Telecast or Dedicated Marketing regardless of the entity type.
You agree that you will ensure that any third party on whose behalf you access or use any our service for any business or commercial purpose will abide by the applicable terms of use, including these Commercial Terms and any applicable supplemental terms, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to such terms.
- Permissions: As described in "Terms and Conditions" page in our website, you grant us a permission to content that is covered by intellectual property rights (e.g. photos or Text) that you share, post or upload on or in connection with our services. For any access or use of the Singi Marketing Services, that permission applies to content that you or someone on your behalf (such as your key person of your business that creates campaign for you or your business enterprise) makes available on or in connection with any service. You will also ensure that you own or have secured all rights necessary to grant the permission and rights that you (or someone on your behalf) grant to us under the Commercial Terms and any applicable supplemental terms, including permission to display, distribute and deliver your content within the Singi Marketing Services.
- Compliance with law: You represent and warrant that your access or use of the our services for business or commercial purposes complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You further represent that you will restrict access to your content and apps in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including geo-filtering or age-gating access where required. You are also unable to access or use the our services if you are prohibited from receiving products, services or software under applicable law.
- Data restrictions: You may not send us information prohibited by the supplemental terms or policies.
Disputes:
- Third-party claims: If anyone brings a claim, cause of action or dispute against us related to your business, actions, content or information on our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to any such claim, cause of action or dispute.
- Updates: We may need to update these Commercial Terms from time to time, including to accurately reflect the access or uses of our Products for business or commercial purposes, and so we encourage you to check them regularly for any updates. By continuing any access or use of any our service for marketing or commercial purposes after any notice of an update to these Commercial Terms, you agree to be bound by them. Any updates to these Commercial Terms will only apply to disputes that arise after notice of the update takes place. - Please note that our retention policies for commercial content may differ from those set forth in the Terms. We retain commercial content as necessary to provide our services to users, for internal record keeping and for product improvement and safety purposes with time bound manner.
- All of our rights and obligations under these Commercial Terms are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
- Nothing in these Commercial Terms or any applicable supplemental terms will prevent us from complying with the law.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with prior notice of any material amendments. Your continued use of or access to Platform after any such amendment will constitute your binding agreement to these Terms as amended.
- We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
- Our Marketing Standards provide policy detail and guidance on the types of ad content we allow, and the types of ad content we prohibit. When Business members creates campaign, each campaign is reviewed according to our policies. If you think that your campaign was mistakenly rejected, you can request for a review by contacting our help centre.
PROTECTING PEOPLE FROM UNSAFE AND DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES
Our policies require all business members to comply with the laws in their jurisdiction, not engage in discriminatory practices and not sell illegal or unsafe substances.
PROTECTING PEOPLE FROM FRAUD OR SCAMS
Our policies prohibit marketing of branding of promoting products, services, schemes or offers using deceptive or misleading practices, including those meant to scam people out of money or personal information.
PROMOTING POSITIVE USER EXPERIENCES
Because people stay away from boring calls and fraudulent call, members will have to ensure that content of campaign will not result into distraction from call and also will not turn into negative image of their business as well as singi marketing.
PROMOTING TRANSPARENCY
We strive to make marketing more transparent and to give people more information about the campaign that they require. Our live tracking facility indicates accurate process of marketing. As a proof of marketing audio file of every call of campaign makes our process crystal clear. Members can verify Positive Responses on their campaign in various form which truly defines Transparent Process at a whole.
Enforcement of our policies
We use automated and, in some instances, manual review to enforce our policies. Beyond reviewing individual campaigns, we also monitor and investigate business member’s behaviour, and may restrict business member’s accounts that don't follow our defined terms for marketing. Our review process may not detect all policy violations, and campaigns remain subject to review and re-review and may be rejected for violating our policies at any time. It is an business member’s responsibility to understand and comply with our policies outlined in Singi Marketing’s Terms relating to all Services and any other applicable terms and guidelines, in addition to all local laws, regulations and, where applicable.
People can report campaigns if they believe that they violate our policies.
3. Campaign Review
Our campaign review system relies primarily on concerned office employees to check campaigns against our policies. Our campaign review process starts within 48 hours from submission of campaign subject to working day and time. However it may take longer in some cases. During this review, the status of the campaign will be "In review". In addition, campaign can be edited after oral consent from business members. You can find more information in our Help Centre.
What is reviewed
The campaign review system reviews campaigns for violations of our policies. This review process may include the specific components of a campaign, such as images, video, Eligibility for marketing according to law of state and centre, text and targeting information among other information.
Outcome of review
If a violation is found at any point in the review process, the campaign will be rejected and the Account may be restricted. If a Account is restricted, that account can't be used to marketing.
Re-review of campaign
Campaign remains subject to review and re-review at all times, and may be rejected or restricted for violation of our policies at any time. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with our policies.
4. What to do if your campaign is rejected or if your business is restricted?
Create a new campaign or edit your campaign
You may create a new campaign or edit your campaign to comply with our policies. These campaigns will be treated as new campaigns and reviewed by our campaign review employees.
Unacceptable content
Content that is illegal or otherwise considered unacceptable to people who use our technologies.
Coordinating harm and promoting crime
Campaigns must not facilitate, organise, promote or admit to certain criminal or harmful activities targeted at people, businesses, property or animals.
Dangerous Organisations and Individuals
Campaigns must not contain praise, support or representation of individuals or groups designated by Dangerous Organisations and Individuals.
Discriminatory practices
Campaigns must not discriminate or encourage discrimination against people based on personal attributes such as race, ethnicity, colour, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic condition.
Singi Marketing prohibits business members from using our any service to discriminate against people. This means that business members may not: (1) use our targeted audience to (a) wrongfully target specific groups of people for money mulling by any kind of greedy offering or (2) include discriminatory content in their campaigns. Business Members are also required to comply with applicable laws that prohibit discrimination (see terms on Illegal Products or Services). These include laws that prohibit discriminating against groups of people in connection with, for example, offers of housing, employment and financial products and services.
Hateful Conduct
Campaigns must not attack people on the basis of what we call protected characteristics: race, ethnicity, national origin, disability, religious affiliation, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity and serious disease
Human Exploitation
Campaign must not contain content that facilitates or coordinates the exploitation of humans, including human trafficking.
Locally Illegal Content, Products or Services
Campaigns that are reported by a government, a court order, non-governmental organisations or members of the public as violating local law may be removed.
Fraud, Scams and Deceptive Practices
Unacceptable Business Practices
Campaigns must not promote products, services, schemes or offers using identified deceptive or misleading practices, including those meant to scam people out of money or personal information. When we detect that business members are engaging in potentially suspicious behaviour, including potential inauthentic behaviour, or are running campaigns in certain categories likely to be targeted by scammers, we may require those business members to complete additional verification processes.
Restricted goods and services
Alcohol
Campaigns that promote or reference alcohol must comply with all applicable local laws, required or established industry codes, guidelines, licences and approvals, and include age and country targeting criteria consistent with Singi Marketing’s targeting requirements and applicable local laws. Note that our policies prohibit campaigns promoting or referencing alcohol in some states, based on local law.
Business Members must follow all applicable laws, including targeting their campaigns in accordance with legal requirements. At a minimum, campaigns may not be targeted to people under 18 years of age.
Commercial Exploitation of Crises and Controversial Events
Campaigns must not contain content that exploits crises or controversial events for commercial purposes.
Hazardous Goods and Materials
Campaigns must not promote the sale of hazardous goods and materials.
Sale of Human Body Parts and Bodily Fluids
Campaign must not promote the sale of human body parts or fluids.
Sale of Non-endangered Animals and Endangered Species
Campaign must not promote, donate or gift products derived from threatened or extinct or endangered species. This includes both wildlife and plants.
Campaign must not promote peer-to-peer sales or trade of live non-endangered animals, including ambiguous contexts where the nature of the sale or trade is unclear.
Campaign may offer live non-endangered animals solely within the context of donations, rehoming or adoptions.
Tobacco and related products
Campaign must not promote the sale or use of tobacco or nicotine products and related paraphernalia. Campaign must not promote Electronic Nicotine delivery devices, such as electronic cigarettes, vaporisers or any other products that simulate smoking or are otherwise designed for use with tobacco or nicotine products. Campaign may only promote cessation products approved by either the World Health Organization or the Indian Food and Drug Administration, and must comply with all applicable local laws, required or established industry codes and guidelines.
Business Members can't run campaign that promote the sale or use of tobacco or nicotine products or related paraphernalia, including, but not limited to: heated tobacco products electronic cigarettes, vapes, nicotine-free vapes, wellness vapes, vaporisers or other products that simulate smoking. These products present known health risks and are potentially harmful to people. Business Members can run campaigns that promote nicotine cessation products that are approved by the World Health Organization or the Indian Food and Drug Administration, as long as they are targeted to people 18 years or older and comply with applicable local laws, required or established industry codes and guidelines.
Guidelines
Campaign can't:
- Promote the sale or use of tobacco or tobacco-related products, including, but not limited to:
- Cigarettes and cigars, chewing tobacco, smokeless tobacco and pipe tobacco
- Electronic nicotine delivery system products, such as e-cigarettes, vaporisers and heating devices for tobacco and nicotine, including vape pens and vape oils/cartridges
- Nicotine pouches, Tobacco pipes, rolling papers, hookahs, filters, Hookah lounges and cigar bars
- Promote the sale or use of products that simulate smoking, such as vapes, including products that don't contain tobacco or nicotine (e.g. vitamin-based vapes, wellness vapes)
- Portray or depict the consumption of tobacco or related products where the primary focus of the ad is tobacco usage
- Promote tobacco brands.
- Promote establishments or events in which tobacco products are offered or encouraged for consumption
Ads can:
- Promote smoking and tobacco cessation services and products approved by either the World Health Organization or the Indian Food and Drug Administration, as long as they target people 18 years or older. Note that promoting vapes is not allowed in any context.
- Promote anti-smoking campaigns and e-books, counselling services for smoking addiction and smoking rehabilitation programmes or facilities. Note: Tobacco and related products can only be referenced or depicted in a context that promotes anti-smoking or vaping campaigns.
- Promote blogs or groups connecting people with tobacco-related interests, as long as the service doesn't lead to the sale of tobacco or tobacco-related products.
Weapons, Ammunition or Explosives
Campaigns must not promote the sale or use of weapons, ammunition or explosives. This includes campaigns for weapon modification accessories.
Drugs and Pharmaceuticals
Members can't run campaigns that promote the sale or use of illicit or recreational drugs, or other unsafe substances, products or supplements. Campaigns promoting prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines and cannabis derived products must follow specific requirements outlined in the policy below.
Financial and insurance products and services
Promotion of credit cards, loans or insurance services must be targeted to people aged 18 or older and must not directly request the input of any personally identifiable information or certain types of financial information. Such Promotion is not allowed in our marketing services but it is allowed for Digital Banner. Company can make such promotion in through other services subject to market scenario, demands, clients’ response, government regulations etc.
Business members promoting financial products and services may be required to verify their business and/or individual identity and demonstrate that they are authorised by the relevant regulatory authorities where this is a requirement, and any such authorisation may be subject to review by Singi Marketing Pvt Ltd. Business members are also required to comply with disclosure requirements set by law.
Objectionable content
Content that may lead to negative experiences are eligible to get removed at any point of time during campaign without prior notice.
Adult Nudity and Sexual Activity
Campaigns must comply with the Community Standards on Adult Nudity and Sexual Activity. Campaigns must not contain adult nudity and sexual activity. This includes nudity, depictions of people in explicit or sexually suggestive positions, or activities that are sexually suggestive.
Adult sexual exploitation
Campaigns must comply with the Community Standard on Adult Sexual Exploitation. Campaigns must not display, advocate for or coordinate sexual acts with non-consenting parties to avoid facilitating non-consensual sexual acts.
Adult sexual solicitation and sexually explicit language
Campaigns must not contain content that facilitates sexual encounters, commercial sexual services between adults or content asking for or offering pornographic content. In addition, we also restrict the use of sexually explicit language.
Bullying and harassment
Campaigns must not contain attacks that are meant to degrade or shame public and private individuals. We also provide heightened protections for anyone under the age 18, regardless of their user status.
Profanity
Campaigns must not contain profanity.
Privacy violations and personal attributes
Campaigns must not contain content that shares or asks for private information about users. In addition, Campaigns must not contain content that asserts or implies personal attributes. This includes direct or indirect assertions or implications about a person's race, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, age, sexual orientation or practices, gender identity, disability, physical or mental health (including medical conditions), vulnerable financial status, voting status, membership in a trade union, criminal record or name.
Violent and Graphic Content
Campaigns must not contain shocking, sensational or excessively violent content.
Suicide, Self-injury and Eating Disorders
Campaigns must comply with the Community Standard on Suicide, Self-injury and Eating Disorders. Campaigns must not encourage suicide, self-injury or eating disorders, including fictional content such as memes or illustrations and any such content that is graphic, regardless of context. In addition, Campaigns must not mock victims or survivors of suicide, self-injury or eating disorders, as well as real-time depictions of suicide, self-injury or eating disorders.
Campaigns about social issues, elections or politics
Business members can’t run Campaigns about social issues, elections or politics.
Cyber security
Campaigns must not use phishing or social engineering techniques to capture others' sensitive information, and must not promote or link to malicious code – such as malware or spyware.
Policy Rationale
We recognise that the safety of our users includes the security of their personal information, accounts, profiles and other Meta entities they may manage, as well as our products and services more broadly. Attempts to gather sensitive personal information or engage in unauthorised access by deceptive or invasive methods are harmful to the authentic, open and safe atmosphere that we want to foster.
We do not allow:
Attempts to compromise or access accounts via unauthorised means, including:
- Accessing accounts, profiles other than one's own through deceptive means or without explicit permission from the account, profile or entity owner.
- Obtaining, acquiring or requesting another user's login information, personal information or other sensitive user information for the purpose of unauthorised access, including through the following tactics:
- Phishing, defined as the practice of creating communications or websites that are designed to look like more trusted or reputable communications or websites for the purpose of fraudulently acquiring sensitive user information.
- Social engineering, such as repeated or consistent attempts to harvest or acquire the answers to common account or password recovery questions.
- Malware, Greyware, Spyware or other malicious code, as described below.
Attempts to share, develop, host or distribute malicious or harmful code, including:
- Encouraging or deceiving users to download or run files, apps or programs that will compromise a user's online or data security, including, but not limited to:
- Malware, defined as code or software designed to harm or gain unauthorised access to systems. This includes programs designed to harm computer systems, as well as software designed to extract money from victims, such as ransomware.
- Spyware, defined as code or software that collects data on users and sends it to third parties without the informed consent of the user or that uses the data for illicit purposes (e.g. sextortion, blackmail, illicit access to systems).
- Greyware, defined as code or software which detracts from the use of hardware or software and may be difficult to remove from a computer system or network.
- Creating, sharing or hosting malicious software, including browser extensions and mobile applications, on or off the platform that put our users or products and services at risk.
- Threatening, admitting to, or enabling hacking – Including by sharing or advertising software, courses or products that enable people to circumvent security systems, including software that encourages hacking of software or credentials
- Providing online infrastructure, including web hosting services, domain name system servers and ad networks that enables abusive links such that a majority of those links on our services violate the spam or cyber security sections of the terms and conditions.
Spam
We do not allow content that is designed to deceive, mislead or overwhelm users in order to artificially increase viewership. This content detracts from people's ability to engage authentically on our platforms and can threaten the security, stability and usability of our services. We also seek to prevent abusive tactics, such as spreading deceptive links to draw unsuspecting users in through misleading functionality or code, or impersonating a trusted domain.
Online spam is a lucrative industry. Our policies and detection must constantly evolve to keep up with emerging spam trends and tactics. In taking action to combat spam, we seek to balance raising the costs for its producers and distributors on our platforms, with protecting the vibrant, authentic activity of our community.
Data use restrictions
- Ensure that any data collected, received or derived from your campaign is not shared with anyone. You are responsible for ensuring data protection received from us by running campaign and keep it confidential and secure.
- Don't ask or use Database from any Individuals or Entities which is being claimed as “Real Database, Singi Marketing Database or any other name relating to Singi Marketing” of any category. There is no accuse for leakage of Database of any Business or Business Person from us except unauthorised access through unethical practises by anyone like hacking, Phishing or any other attempts.
- Don't use any mobile device identifier or other unique identifier that identifies any particular user, browser computer or device.
Points to be noted
- Business members are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in a variety of consequences, including the cancellation of campaigns that you have placed and termination of your account.
- We do not use sensitive personal data for campaign targeting. Subject you choose for targeting your businesses don't reflect the personal beliefs, characteristics or values of the people.
- We reserve the right to reject, approve or remove any campaign for any reason, at our sole discretion, including campaigns that negatively affect our relationship with society or that promote content, services or activities contrary to our competitive position, interests or marketing philosophy.
- These policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
- In accordance with our Terms of Service, you will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our consent.
Privacy Policy
- a. You will provide, maintain, and comply with a privacy policy that is available through an active, publicly available, easily accessible (including by our crawlers), and non-geoblocked URL.
b. Your privacy policy must clearly explain what data you are Processing, how you are Processing it, the purposes for which you are Processing it, and how Users may request deletion of that data.
c. You may only Process Platform Data as clearly described in your privacy policy and in accordance with all applicable law and regulations, these Terms, and all other applicable terms and policies.
d. Your privacy policy will not supersede, modify, or be inconsistent with these Terms or any other terms or policies applicable to Platform Data.
Service Providers and Tech Providers Conditions
- a. Service Providers
- i. You will not use a Service Provider in connection with your use of Platform or Processing of Platform Data unless such Service Provider first agrees in writing to do the following:
- 1. Use Platform and Process Platform Data solely for you and at your direction in order to provide services you requested in a manner that is consistent with these Terms, all other applicable terms and policies, and your privacy policy, and for no other individual or entity and for no other purpose, including for the Service Provider’s own purposes; and
- 2. In the event the Service Provider engages another Service Provider (“Sub-Service Provider”) in order to provide the services requested, ensure the Service Provider requires the Sub-Service Provider in writing to comply with the above requirements.
- ii. You must ensure that any Service Provider and Sub-Service Provider complies with these Terms and all other applicable terms and policies as if they were in your place, and you are responsible for their acts and omissions, including their noncompliance.
- iii. When you cease using a Service Provider or Sub-Service Provider, you must ensure they immediately cease using Platform and Processing Platform Data and promptly delete all Platform Data in their possession or control.
- iv. Upon our request, you must provide a list of your Service Providers and Sub-Service Providers including up-to-date contact information for each, the types and volume of Platform Data shared, and proof of written agreements with your Service Providers to demonstrate compliance with this section.
- v. We may prohibit your use of any Service Provider or Sub-Service Provider in connection with your use of Platform or Processing of Platform Data if we believe that (1) they have violated these Terms or other applicable terms or policies or (2) they are negatively impacting Platform, other Meta Products, Platform Data, or people who use Meta Products, and will provide notice to you if we do. Promptly upon such notice, you must stop using that Service Provider or Sub-Service Provider in connection with your use of Platform or Processing of Platform Data.
- vi. We may require that your Service Providers or Sub-Service Providers agree to these Terms or other applicable terms or policies in order to access Meta Products, Platform, or Platform Data.
- b. Tech Providers
- i. If you are a Tech Provider, you must comply with the other provisions of these Terms, as well as the provisions in this section with respect to your use of Platform and Processing of Platform Data as a Tech Provider. If the terms conflict, the terms that are more restrictive on you or more protective of us apply.
- ii. You, as a Tech Provider, understand and agree to the following:
- 1. You will only use Platform and Process Platform Data on behalf of and at the direction of your Client on whose behalf you access it to help such Client to use Platform or Process Platform Data in accordance with these Terms and all other applicable terms and policies (“Client’s Purpose”), and not for your own purposes or another Client’s or entity’s purposes;
- 2. You will ensure that Platform Data you maintain on behalf of one Client is maintained separately from that of other Clients;
- 3. You will maintain an up-to-date list of your Clients and their contact information and provide it to us if we ask for it;
- 4. You will only share Platform Data in compliance with these Terms, applicable law and regulations, and all other applicable terms and policies, and only in the following circumstances:
- a. with your applicable Client, so long as you first contractually prohibit such Client from Processing Platform Data in a way that would violate these Terms or any other applicable terms or policies;
- b. to the extent required under applicable law or regulation (you must retain proof of the applicable legal or regulatory requirement or request and provide it to us if we ask for it);
- c. with your Service Provider solely to the extent necessary for your applicable Client’s Purpose; or
- d. with your Client’s service provider solely to the extent necessary for such Client’s Purpose and when such Client expressly directs you to share the data with such service provider (you must retain proof of the Client’s express direction and provide it to us if we ask for it);
5. We may require that your Clients agree to these Terms or other applicable terms or policies in order to access Meta Products, Platform, or Platform Data through your App.- 6. You will promptly terminate a Client’s use of our Meta Products, Platform, or Platform Data through your App if we request it because we believe that the Client (a) has acted in a way that would violate these Terms or other applicable terms or policies or (b) is negatively impacting Platform, other Meta Products, Platform Data, or people who use Meta Products.
- 7. You will promptly notify a Client of any communication sent to you by Meta concerning a User's request regarding the Processing of their Platform Data, including requests to exercise their data subject rights with respect to their Platform Data.
